What To Do When Someone Dies

I'm Ashleigh Conwell

Solo mum to triplets, widow, and the person who built Yellow Falcon because the practical help didn't exist.

When my husband died suddenly, I was 29 and 17 weeks pregnant with triplets. The grief was its own kind of hard. What no one warned me about was everything else: the phone calls, the paperwork, the death admin that doesn't wait while your heart is breaking. Emotional support existed.

Practical help didn't. So I built my own, task by task, in the worst weeks of my life. That spreadsheet became Yellow Falcon.

It started with widows, because that's what I knew. But grief admin doesn't check who you are first. Whatever your loss, you're welcome here. I'm not here to tell you grief makes you stronger, or that this is your comeback. I'm here with the practical help I wish someone had handed me.

Yellow Falcon is more than just a brand—it's a symbol of courage, resilience, and transformation. Just like falcons soar highest in turbulent storms, we can rise above our challenges, embracing strength and stepping into our power. This space reminds you that your past doesn't define your future, and it's never too late to create a life filled with purpose and joy.
